About Me

I am a career people strategist with over two decades of experience crafting and executing business impactful people strategies.

I am a neuropsychologist who brings innovative, science-based tools, techniques and insights to organisations and individuals that qualitatively impact their self-awareness and impact on others.

I have worked in organisations at every point of their lifecycle, from start-up and scale-up, to organisations looking to renew or reinvent. I build people strategies and interventions that respond to the needs of the business plan: interventions that make a material, results-orientated, future-focused difference.

With hands-on experience in global leadership roles in organisations such as Google, Vodafone, Snow Software, Citrix and others, I have developed the skills to diagnose the root causes of challenges and implement strategies that remove obstacles to performance, change and growth. I help teams realise operational excellence appropriate to their scale and stage of evolution, utilising great ideas and expertise from multiple sectors.

Drawing on the insights earned through practical experience, a BA in Psychology, MBA and an MSc in Applied Neuroscience, I offer new perspectives and opportunities in leadership, talent development, culture, DE&I, employee community, and organisational structure and design.

I draw on an exceptional network of talented and experienced people professionals from across the globe to deliver the very best service.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland I now live in London with my husband Ciaran and West Highland terrier Lily. I have two wonderful children who are out there living their best lives in the UK and Switzerland. For fun, I love learning everything I can about the medieval period and spend too many hours staring at tapestries and parchment from the Middle Ages. It does take all sorts!
